- IRONMAN Training Program – 3 Months block ($600)
- 70.3 Training Program – 2 Months ($400)
*Fully digital training programs with 24/7 online coaching support from Breakaway coaches with 1 Zoom session per week.
**We recommend a minimum commitment period of 4 months for the 70.3 programs and 6 months for the IRONMAN program to ensure you successfully complete the race with a good time and injury-free.
***Welcome package includes 4x (70.3) or 6x (Ironman) complimentary walk-in class passes and welcome gift (bottles and T-shirt)
You will be coached online by Eugene Lee (World Triathlon Facilitator) and have top coaches on-site as well. Our programs are targeted at everyone at all skill levels and above to reach their fullest potential in sports and fitness. We have worked with multiple clients to improve their short course and long course performance through cost- and time-effective bespoke quality coaching.

Half Iron Distance
Level: Age group finisher
Duration: Recommended 16 weeks
Hours: Peak training at 10 hours per week
This Half Iron Distance training program is designed for intermediate athletes looking at taking on the 70.3 distance (1.9/90/21) event with limited training time.
The recommended length of this program is a minimum of 16 weeks that is broken into blocks of 4 weeks, with a maximum of 10 hours of training during the biggest weeks. The weekdays have one workout per day, except for the weekend which can have up to two sessions in a day. Long cycling and running workout sessions are scheduled on the weekends. This includes a weekly email consultation with your coach.
If you are keen in this coaching program, it is assumed that you have a basic level of fitness, have been training recently and is free from injury. You should be able to:
•Swim 1500 m of swimming continuously
•Cycle 60 min of cycling continuously
•Run 40 min of jogging continuously
Iron Distance
Level: Age group finisher
Duration: Recommended 20 weeks
Hours: Peak training at 12 hours per week
This Iron Distance training program is designed for intermediate athletes looking at taking on the Ironman event distance (3.8/180/42) with limited training time.
The recommended length of this program is a minimum of 16 weeks, however it is recommended that 20 weeks be allocated. The program consists of multiple blocks of 4 weeks, with a maximum of 12 hours of training during the biggest weeks. The weekdays have one workout per day, except for the weekend which can have up to two sessions in a day. Long cycling and running workout sessions are scheduled on the weekends. This includes a weekly email consultation with your coach.
If you are keen in this coaching program, it is assumed that you have a basic level of fitness, have been training recently and is free from injury. You should be able to:
•Swim 2500 m of swimming continuously
•Cycle 90 min of cycling continuously
•Run 45 min of jogging continuously
